All digital products sold on www.stillhelp.com, including courses, eBooks, downloadable resources, webinar recordings, and digital tools, are non-returnable and non-replaceable once delivered or accessed.
Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot accept returns, offer replacements, or provide refunds once the product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.
Our mentorship sessions, webinars, and spiritual guidance services are delivered either live or through scheduled consultations. Once these services have been rendered, they are considered final and non-refundable.
However, we may reschedule sessions under reasonable circumstances. Please contact us at support@stillhelp.com if you need to reschedule.
Refunds may only be considered under the following specific conditions:
You purchased the same product twice by mistake (duplicate purchase).
The product was never delivered or was technically inaccessible despite support efforts.
You were charged incorrectly due to a payment gateway issue.
